Demeter Fragrance is GO!

Ok peeps, here's the deal. I discovered this brand about 8 years ago in a magazine pull out. The fragrance was 'Sex on the Beach' and it was the most amazing scent I'd smelled in a long time so I became obsessed with getting it. When I finally tracked it down at Sephora it became my favorite, and I wanted more. I then moved to the Blueberry Muffin, which smells exactly like blueberries. People would comment on it every time I wore it. I like smelling like something you want to sink your teeth into.( well..I don't want to walk around smelling like a steak or anything like that! lol!)

Demeter has their own site and over 200 different smell goods and some of the topics will blow your mind. There are ones that evoke whimsy like Birthday Cake, Christmas in New York, Cocktail Party, and Hot Kisses. But then they have some really rather bizarre fragrances that you think what the f*ck? Like Dirt, Paint, Earthworm, Glue, Laundromat, Playdoh, Rubber, Stable, Turpentine and Vinyl. One that caught my attention was Funeral Home. When you click on each fragrance it gives you a detailed overview and how the smell became part of their collection. Funeral Home's description says: "Funeral Home is a blend of classic white flowers: lilies, carnations, gladiolus, chrysanthemums with stems and leaves, with a hint of mahogany and oriental carpet." Of course then I was intrigued and added it to my 'must get' list.

They have collections of flavors like Ice Cream Cone Duets, Tootsie Roll Collection, Natural Attraction Collection, and my favorite the Jelly Belly Collection. Demeter will definately have you starting conversations, and have you pushing the aromatic envelope and you definately will be the original when you roll by.

Their prices start at $7 for body washes and go up to $35 for actual perfume sprays. You can get a nice purse friendly bottle like the ones above for about $12. The price is right to start a collection of your own. Perfect for the quirky woman in yo life.
