I was having dreams about garbage, and making it into fashion. I was thinking about the punk movement in London starting the same time as the UKs garbage strike and as a statement punks wearing dusbin liners; or as we call them in the states trash bags.
I bumped into this site that takes all sorts of everyday refuse and weaves it into wonderful high fashion bags, and for less! The bags range from $25 for a wristlet to $200 for a larger shoulder bag. The materials range from soda can keys, to potato chip bags, to candy wrappers. The result is some street worthy functional flash!
